hela Sverige UPS Nordic Marketing department is looking for a high-performing and motivated candidate for an exciting role as Growth Marketing Analyst. Help grow our company by supporting the deployment of initiatives, products and campaigns aligned to our growth strategies.
We are looking for someone that will stay close to market needs, collaborate with internal stake holders such as Sales, Customer Solutions, and our Operational department, mapping gaps and providing solutions for different customer segments growth opportunities. You will support larger projects, run smaller projects independently and work closely within the rest of the Marketing team on developing and compiling go-to-market plans and execute launches.
Job duties include:
• Collect market data and insights to develop a deep understanding of the addressable market and its dynamics; the market, the customer, the competitors, and UPS impact on a continuous basis
• Support go-to-market strategies, incl. demand generation, by developing sales briefings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal stake holders to provide market data and support the execution of planned growth initiatives and optimize product launches
• Coordinate sales lead campaigns, measure ROI & effectiveness and compile reports
• Aligning with our Strategy team to support service expansions and new launches by providing and compiling key market intel to support the decision making process
We are looking for someone that want to enter a global organization with a willingness to learn and develop within the company. You should have an analytical and innovative mindset and enjoy keeping an eye on market trends and coming up with fresh ideas. You have a structured approach with a goal/results orientation and a problem solving attitude. Strong sense of responsibility, prioritization and flexibility are required to independently run tasks and smaller projects. Good interpersonal communication, cooperation in joint projects and focus on creative solutions are also important to succeed in this role.
Required Qualifications:
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Bachelor degree with specialization in marketing, business, economics or science
• Strong knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Additional advantageous qualifications:
• Previous work experience in Sales or Marketing
• Experience in data analysis and with data processing
• Dedication to self-development
• Proficiency in other Scandinavian languages
