As a Growth Data Analyst you will be a part of our new Commercial Excellence team to plan, develop, deploy, manage and measure our on-going sales campaigns, lead generation and prospecting strategy. Leveraging your love for data you will improve prospecting efficiency and ensure our sales is effective, accurate and impactful.

This is your to-do list:

• Collaboratively develop, deploy and manage sales & marketing campaigns in our CRM platform
• Develop and refine prospect selections and make sure we are data driven in our decisions of who to target
• Continuously track and analyze campaign performance
• Contribute to a great collaboration between sales, marketing and commercial excellence
• Actively manage our CRM platform including maintaining/improving data quality in the customer database, create and execute campaigns, and consciously adjust our reporting tools to measure the right things
• Drive necessary technical changes in our CRM platform (data, integrations, functionality)
• Contribute to a great collaboration between sales, marketing and commercial excellence in our mutual strive to take our customer experience and sales efforts to the next level. Growth is a team sport!

What does it take to be a part of this journey?

We believe that the star we are looking for has a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Industrial Management and Engineering, or similar, with a focus on data analysis and business. You might have got this degree just recently or have a few years' working experience. The most important criteria for this role is that you have a true love for working with data to find new growth opportunities!

If you want to impress us you have experience from working in a Growth Team and have hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, such as Upsales/Hubspot. We will be even more impressed if you have demonstrated experience successfully developing, managing, and tracking marketing campaigns in both digital and traditional channels.

You have a structured approach to solving both day-to-day tasks as well as projects. You thrive in a changing environment with varioustask and have acuriosity for the telecom industry and nice technical understanding.
