We're looking for a Growth and Sales specialist to join our Customer Support team. Here, you'll play a key part in enabling our existing users to grow and our support agents to provide a great sales experience.

A part of the iZettle service experience is to help our merchants to grow and make use of all relevant features and products we provide. You'll ensure the focus on pro-active user need analysis and sales in the support channel. By constantly monitor and analyse the performance, you identify improvement areas and motivate our support agents. You slipstream sales processes and maximise revenue for both iZettle and our merchants.

• Responsible for sales reporting and sales analysis on both aggregated and individual level

• Understand drivers of merchant growth, sales performance and how we can improve

• Responsible for development and maintenance of sales processes and incentive model

• Drive sales initiatives, e.g. toolbox improvements, competitions and celebrations

• Assist in sales forecasting and follow-up

• Contribute in creation of sales related training material

• Experience of remote sales with a successful track record

• Expert in customer centric sales techniques

• Data driven and analytical approach to sales

• Great interpersonal and motivational skills

• Will to win with a "nothing is impossible"-attitude

• Ability to get things done and a positive spirit

• Enjoying a fast-paced work environment

• Fluency in English and Swedish

• Fluency in other Nordic languages, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese or Italian is not a pre-requisite but is beneficial

• Experience from working with Salesforce is not a pre-requisite but is beneficial

You'll be based in the Stockholm office, and a member of our Global Support management team. As you'll collaborate with all of our support sites, both in-house and outsources around the globe, some travel will be required (lucky you!)

Managing all of the above takes strong remote sales skill as well as good analytical skills. You'll need to be user centric as well as numbers centric and have the ability to motivate others. A willingness to win and to always think of new ways to improve the value for our merchants. You'll make sure we take merchant growth and sales in the channel to a new level and work through our support agents to reach high targets.
