We're bringing together the best of social media and interactive entertainment enabling this generation of 2.4 billion to use games as a new medium for self-expression. We are looking to hire great people, who are passionate about using their talents to generate success. We are growing and need a driven, organized Gen Z- focused Growth and Engagement Manager capable of working on programs from social channels, influencer marketing, and even some traditional marketing programs when needed.
You will work together with our Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer and Community Manager and drive Hiber's Social Growth, in close collaboration with our BI and Development teams.
Tasks include (but are not limited to)
• Social Media strategy & execution
• Influencer collaborations (finding talent, planning collaboration, measuring ROI)
• Promoting the Hiber brand and culture
• Video & Trailer publishing and optimization on YouTube
• Quantitative & qualitative reporting: conversation volume, UGC, social media post performance, community sentiment, etc.
• Leading the engagement team (community, social media, user engagement)
• Managing and mentoring Marketing Interns.
Qualifications
• Excellent knowledge of today's social media landscape
• Experience working with Customer Experience and/or Growth
• In-depth understanding of Gen Z
• Experience generating and executing successful social media strategies, resulting in significant growth
• Game industry experience and/or interest
• Fluent in English
Good-to-haves
• Start-up experience
• Experience working in PR and Event Marketing
• Experience with Hootsuite or similar tools
• Experience with UGC and gaming communities
• University degree in Marketing or similar
