Job brief:
Gasporox is looking to hire an enthusiastic Instrument sales and product manager to work with direct sales and a reseller network for our world-class analytical instruments. This person will have the global market as its arena for marketing and sales of our product portfolio within instruments. We're looking for the next star to join the Gasporox team and who gets fired up to do tasks such as:
Direct the sales of Gasporox instruments for quality inspection of parental packaging as well as within the food industry to end-users, distributors, R&D labs and QC labs within prioritized territory.
Visit customer sites and do online meetings on a regular basis to give sales presentations, perform instrument demonstrations and training.
Strive to pursue new business prospects
Communicate via email, social media, and phone with potential new customers and follow-up.
Work closely with the sales team and management to discuss leads and research strategies.
Provide an up-to-date customer/contact database to support the distribution of marketing materials.
Attend product related technical shows and other marketing related activities and represent company products and services.
Submit accurate and timely monthly sales forecasts and reports including status, progress and forecast.
Who are you?
You thrive in creating new partnerships that generates new business on an international arena and working towards clear goals. Essential for you is customer and internal satisfaction. You have a technical background with a degree from university within engineering or other relevant degree. You have experience from working with sales and wish to combine your technical background with international sales.
In this role you will:
Work actively with building a worldwide reseller network including managing agreements, training resellers, lead management and maintaining strong relationships with customers for long-term business success.
Drive sales with acquisition, lead management and closing deals.
Actively plan and execute marketing strategy including pricing, marketing campaigns, shows and events also including marketing material.
Assure market requirements for the products are transferred to the product development lifecycle
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years related sales experience (technology for: medical products, pharmaceuticals, packaging industry or within food industry) highly preferred
Documented track record of sales success with proven knowledge in business area
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting towards meeting established goals
Highly effective organizational skills
Well-developed written and oral communication skills
Ability to travel
Influential, with the ability to increase account profitability
Excellent presentation and communication skills both verbal and written and experience that demonstrate technical proficiency, digital marketing knowledge and business acumen.
Ability to assess customer requirements, identify business problems, and demonstrate proposed solutions
Advanced computer skills, with experience in systems such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to facilitate internal and external constituents' needs independently or with minimal guidance
Valid driver's license
Be fluent in Swedish and English, working language will be mainly in English
The position is located at Gasporox office in Lund but can also be based abroad and is full-time equivalent. You will be reporting to the Senior Application and Sales Manager as well as the CEO.

Gasporox is a Lund-based company that produces and sell gas sensors for quality control of packaging in the pharmaceutical, food and beverage markets. The company uses a world-unique and patented laser technology. Unlike competitors that have destructive test methods, Gasporox delivers products for non-destructive quality control of gas-packed packaging that are also directly integrated into the production line. The product portfolio consists of the sensor series GasSpect and LeakSpect, as well as complete measurement systems within the GPX-series. Gasporox's customers are production line manufacturers and inspection system manufacturers for packaging lines for food, pharmaceuticals and beverages. These customers integrate Gasporox's solution and can thus in turn offer their customers continuous quality control systems that are both automatic and non-destructive. Gasporox roots originate from a laser technology developed at Lund University.
