The ability to interact with your team and colleagues, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, is essential. Also you will be engaged in close communication with our clients regarding the delivery of produce and management of the supply channels.
The right candidate for our team should have experience/qualifications/interest in the following:
• Experience from indoor farming using inert hydroponic systems
• Experience from hydroponic farming without using soil
• Experience from farming only using artificial lighting (LED)
• Experience from farming with zipgrow systems
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Good analytical skills and ability to work with data and applications to analyze the growing patterns of the plants (MS Excel)
• Experience in data collection and maintenance of all farm records
• Experience in conducting reports

• High level of organizational skills and attention to details
• Ability to work under stress
• Strong problem solving and multitasking skills
• Ability to work both independently and as a team player
• Experience with supply chain management

We are now looking for a grower that will work at Plantagon 's City Farm #1. The farm combines highly efficient vertical farming with modern technology and data science. The farm is located in the old archive beneath the Stockholm DN-Huset.
