hela Sverige The Group Marketing team has a global responsibility for supporting Swegons 's sales on several levels, from long term branding towards new customers to facilitating our existing customers in their everyday information search and decision making, while supporting Swegon 's sales organizations with communications and lead generation. We are now looking for a new colleague in the position as a Group Web Marketing Manager. This is a temporary position for 1 year due to a parental leave.
This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be a key player, working both on an operational and a strategic level in a truly international environment, where you will be able to really make a difference.
You will be working as a project leader, directing our external suppliers while coordinating with our internal web community, with a cohesive and educational approach. In this position, you will be responsible to act as a purchaser towards our external supplier to help us develop and maintain the industry 's best website. You will have a global responsibility for ensuring the compliance with our internal governance principles and making sure our marketing community is updated and involved in Group-wide activities. You will also have an architectural responsibility, making sure our website work well with other key digital platforms, such as our PIM, DAM and eCOM platforms.

Who you are
We believe that you are a team player who contributes with experience and proven concepts as well as innovative ideas. You have thorough knowledge within web applications and a good understanding of digital platforms in general, together with the ability to balance technical knowledge with a customer and user perspective. We are looking for someone who is both a good listener with diplomatic abilities, and have the courage to present and argue for your decisions.
Requirements and skills:
• A post-secondary education in digital marketing.
• 3+ years of experience of project management within web and digital marketing.
• Profound knowledge of IT/digital platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Swedish is a merit.
