Job Description
We are now looking for a Group Travel Manager to our Group HR team in the HQ in Solna, with the overarching responsibility to help AFYR excel in how we work with our Travel Program on a global scale, through efficient processes, solutions and great collaborations.

The role as Group Travel Manager is central for developing and driving the strategic travel management area across our business. The role sits in the Group HR function, reporting to the Head of C&B. Your closest colleagues belong to the Global Mobility team and Compensation & Benefits team.
The position is a full-time employment on site at our HQ in Solna, Sweden. At AFRY we work according to a "hybrid workplace model" with the possibility of combining work at home and in the office. #LI-Hybrid
Primary responsibilities
The responsibility of the Group Travel Manager is to develop, manage and govern AFRY Groups travel program. The work requires a tight collaboration with stakeholders in other group functions and the business in our divisions and countries. The travel area at AFRY has good fundaments in place, such as good providers, systems and collaborations, but needs a mature hand to take AFRY into the future of Travel Management. The tasks of the role are for instance:
Implement, maintain and develop the travel program through policies, processes and tools, in coopoeration with other group functions (such as risk & security, finance, sudstainability, compliane etc.).
Providing support to the business on the rollout and execution of the travel program.
Drive and supporting the adoption of travel booking applications as well as handling/follow up and escalate issues related to travel booking tools and feeds to related systems.
Managing information and communication to the business, including operational support to key user/first line support centers and issue handling on tools and escalations and service management of providers.
Support the business to manage annual budgets and actuals on a yearly and quarterly basis through provided systems and develop KPIs to enable and follow up on compliance and for reporting.
Analyze travel data to identify development and possibilities.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we need you to be:
Experienced and an Travel expert. Extensive knowledge and experience from relevant positions with knowledge "what great looks like" in the Travel Management area, and preferably with experiences from driving Travel Management in an international matrix organization.
A change agent. Somebody who likes to create change and build confidence, connecting the Travel Management efficiently with HR, Finance, Procurement and Sustainability.
A people person. We believe in the magic collaboration creates, and this role will work closely to colleagues in our global business.
A great communicator, addressing smaller and larger communication situation with a working proficiency in English and Swedish.
Mature and grounded, the role needs to drive change in a complex area, and it is important that you remain constructive and impact your surrounding positively.
