Your mission - Ensure a successful tax management based on support, collaboration and reliability
As Tax Manager, you are responsible for qualified questions regarding international corporate taxation. You are actively involved in designing and implementing the guidelines for our tax position, and you collaborate with your colleagues to give advice and support in tax audits and processes. Furthermore, you handle the tax risks of the Group and, when needed, you also support other functions within the tax department such as indirect taxes, tax reporting and transfer pricing.
Some travel is included in your job.
Your character - A structured professional with true business acumen
We are looking for someone with a degree in a relevant field of studies, combined with at least ten years' experience of international corporate taxation, perhaps as a consultant or at a larger corporate tax department. Basic knowledge of accounting is also beneficial in this position. We act both locally and on a truly global stage, which requires excellent communication skills in English - written as well as verbal.
Your personality contributes to our success! You have a natural talent for translating complex tax issues in ways that everyone can grasp, turning facts into strategic business advantages. With good judgment and strong integrity, you work methodically and ensure accuracy even in intricate and challenging situations - always with the bigger picture in mind. By utilizing your experience and knowledge of the field, you enable a proactive tax management. To interact in diverse and cross-cultural environments excites you, and you also use your social approach and great communication skills to influence and create great collaborations.
