Your role
Group Sustainability Team drives the strategy within sustainability and organizes the work within the Sustainability Council. The Group Sustainability Team works on a global arena with our Business Areas, operational countries and relevant Group Functions. You will report to Head of Group Sustainability and work in close collaboration with Group Sustainability Managers within the team as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
You will mainly be focusing on sustainability reporting, i.e. both quarterly and annual, coordinating internal sustainability data, projects and information. You will be gathering external information and research to further improve our management of sustainability risks and opportunities. You will compile complex information into presentations and training material to further improve and facilitate implementation of our sustainability strategy.
Your profile
You have an academic education, for example a master's degree in engineering, economics, law, social science, natural science or other relevant education and work experience. You have good knowledge of international sustainability-related standards and how companies put them into practice. For example, you should be familiar with the UN Global Compact, the Global Reporting Initiative and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
For the position as Sustainability Manager, we are looking for someone who:
* has at least 5 years of experience as a sustainability specialist, preferably in major international companies, such as manufacturing industry or other similar industry
* have good knowledge, experience of practically applying international frameworks in the field of sustainability and with depth in sustainability issues
* are used to and have the willingness to organize tasks and lead projects
* have the experience of and have been successful in managing sustainability reporting
* are able to develop policies and processes and able to communicate content and implementation in a credible way
* can work independently based on given goals and assignments, but also have good collaboration skills with colleagues as well as internal and external counterparts
* are able to work analytically and in a structured way

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
