Job Description

With a focus on strategy and development we are now looking for a Group Strategist to strengthen our strategy team. This could be an excellent opportunity for a strategy consultant that would like to grow within, and to work with strategy development, in a large stock listed company.
You will report directly to our Head of Group Strategy and Sustainability.
The position is on site in Solna, Sweden. Full-time employment.
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Work with the Head of Strategy and Sustainability on strategy related topics for AFRY Group.
• Interact with our divisions and functions on different strategy topics.
• Drive different focus areas from analysis to identifying potential solutions and be the one initiating implementation of the improvements and solutions.
• Support strategy processes across all of AFRY.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the person we are looking for has:
• Education: Master of Science, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience from strategy consulting
• Good experience from analysis, both data driven and qualitative.
• Good experience from formulating messages and developing presentations.
• We work nationally and internationally- the role requires that you have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
