We are looking for a Group Shared Service Manager to our Finance Group Shared Service team at Lindex head office in Gothenburg/Partille. The position is a substitute for at least one year.

Job Description
Lindex Finance Department is handling the accounting processes for Lindex Group. In the position as Group Shared Service Manager you will be in a team, today consisting of 10 team members. You are responsible for Lindex Shared Service Centre that is handling the administration processes for accounts payable, accounts receivable, store accounting, stocktaking/inventory adjustments and e-commerce customer credit handling for Lindex Group. You will have the personnel responsibility for the Group Shared Service team and continuously improve working methods within the role and for the team. The role also include accounting and reporting for the monthly/quarterly/yearly closing of one or more of Lindex legal entities. You will also be involved in internal control and participation in internal projects.
Are you the one we are looking for?
Higher studies of accounting and finance (Economics or business School graduate)
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Leadership experience
Good knowledge of accounting principles and analytical ability
Computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and integration
Swedish and English in both speaking and writing
Meritorious: Experience from retail industry, experience from companies in international business
