We are looking for a Group Security and Risk Manager to our head office located in central Gothenburg.
Your role in our team As Group Security and Risk Manager you report to Lindex CFO and work globally with our risk management strategy and risk mitigation plan. Leading a team of Country Security Managers, you make sure Lindex business goals are reached by making sure our environment for employees and customers are safe and secure with minimum disturbance and risks.
You work in a cross-functional way on strategical, service and operational level in an international environment with different cultures. You cooperate with all areas of Lindex business to manage risks in a pragmatic way and to drive security awareness. You have an excellent understanding of business needs and together with the Country Security Managers you drive the strategy for security and support the local needs. You are our specialist in all the security areas such as risk management, data privacy and travel security, working close with our IT-security. Training and supporting our leaders and employees in the safety processes is part of your job, and to make the best out of it you provide us with tools and best practise. You maintain the holistic view of security- and risk management processes while appreciate working hands-on with focus on operational implementation.

Also, this probably sounds like you:
Degree in security management studies or equivalent.
Certification in security management such as CSMP, CPP, CISM or equivalent.
Several years of work experience in corporate security or store security in international context, as Security coordinator/Manager.
Knowledge of risk management process and subject areas within Security.
Knowledge of Security standards, GDPR and national/local legal demands.
Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience from retail, store operations, leadership and information security is qualifying.
