Presentation
Group Security's main responsibility is to ensure that Ericsson's customer interests, brand, people and information are protected in an appropriate way. Placed directly under the CFO, the unit is the center of a global security organization that covers all of Ericsson’s operations.
Information security is a key focus for the business due to Ericsson's increasing reliance on intellectual property and our role as custodian of large volumes of customer information.
Publiceringsdatum2009-10-30Dina arbetsuppgifterIn this position you will work in a small, central team with a large network of security and business personnel. Your aim will be to identify, initiate, and drive improvements towards Ericsson's information assurance. You will initiate and drive security issues within the organization and also develop and implement methods and tools in the area. You will report directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), who is also Head of Information Security.
Responsibilities:
• Support the development and implementation of global information security framework
• Support global business continuity management (BCM) implementation
• Perfom training and education on security awareness, BCM, information security etc.
• Support the sales organization in handling customer requests on BCM and information security
• Represent Group Security in information security and BCM related activities, both internally and externally
• Develop and improve methods, processes and tools for information security and BCM.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
• Academic degree of Master of Science
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 and other management systems standards
• A minimum of three years experience in a security related role including information security
• Security and risk management training or equivalent experience
• Business Continuity Management experience
• Experience in project management
• Advanced knowledge of the English language (verbal and written)
• Experience in driving change in organizations, including towards top management
On a personal level, it is important that you have good social skills and that you are able to interact and communicate with top management. You have strong analytical skills, your integrity is high and you have a strong ability to influence people around you. A background involving management consulting or decision making support to top management in large corporations is especially interesting.
