The job
In this position, you're part of a professional team that serves as a center of excellence for financial reporting and consolidation within Sandvik, and this includes handling Group M&A projects.
Your main responsibilities are to:
• Independently drive M&A projects from a finance perspective; initiated and coordinated by our M&A departments and connected to Sandvik Group's Reporting and Consolidation process
• Independently drive divestment and integration of new companies in our reporting
• Ensure correct, IFRS compliant and timely delivery of consolidated financial data for reporting purposes
• Actively cooperate with stakeholders and other M&A teams across the globe to fulfill your mission
Located at our headquarters in central Stockholm, you report to the Head of Group Reporting and Consolidation, and travel is a natural part of the job.
Your skills and personality
We're looking for someone with a degree in Business Administration, combined with solid experience from group accounting, IFRS and managing M&A projects. You're comfortable using different tools and systems, especially SAP BPC. As we work in an international setting, you communicate effortlessly in English, both verbally and in writing, while skills in Swedish are beneficial.
We highly value your structured and independent workstyle and goal-oriented mindset. Another important feature of your character is the way you endorse team spirit and collaborate with your colleagues to reach great results. With your excellent communication skills, you effortlessly build trust among stakeholders and create strong and lasting relationships with the people you meet.
