To strengthen our Group Reporting and Consolidation team, we are now looking for a Group Reporting and Consolidation Advisor - an accountant with experience from project managing Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives. This is an opportunity to interact in a global arena with an exciting agenda aiming to increase our market position. Located at our headquarters in central Stockholm, you report to Sandvik's Head of Group Reporting. Travel is a natural part of this position
Your mission - Supporting the business in M&A projects and collecting data for high-quality reporting
In this position, you are part of a team that serves as a center of excellence for financial reporting and consolidation at Sandvik, including handling Group M&A projects. As Group Reporting and Consolidation Advisor, your work includes:
• Independently driving M&A projects from a Finance perspective and initiated and coordinated by our M&A department and are connected to Sandvik Group's Reporting and Consolidation process
• Independently driving divestment and integration of new companies in our reporting
• Ensuring correct, IFPR compliant and timely delivery of consolidated financial data for reporting purposes
• Cooperating with stakeholders and M&A teams across the globe to fulfill your mission
Your character - An experienced M&A professional with great networking skills
We are looking for someone with an MBA, combined with at least five years' experience from leading M&A projects. You are comfortable working in different IT-systems, especially SAP BPC. As we work in an international setting, you communicate effortlessly in English, both verbally and in writing, while skills in Swedish are a plus.

With excellent communication skills, you effortlessly build trust among stakeholders and create strong lasting relationships with people at all levels of the organization.
