hela Sverige The person will drive- and participate in development & improvement activities related to the operational procurement process (requisition-to-pay). Ensure that the process supports company policies. Represent and promote the processes and related tools, systems, methodologies and ways of working to the business and monitor that they are fit for purpose and in use. Furthermore work to improve our process and ways of working so that Purchasing becomes more efficient by working with best practices in compliance to processes and policies, and by that, add more value to the customer. Drive/Participate in development & improvement activities related to the related sub-processes, tools, systems, methodologies and ways of working in which he/she has got in-depth expertise.
Key Responsibilities
• Support Process Owner, Business Process Managers, Strategic Purchasing Development Manager, Line Managers and other stakeholders of the purchasing processes and related tools, systems, methodologies, master data and ways of working with special expertise on a global level.
• Drive/Participate in activities, work packages or projects initiated by Purchasing Business Strategy & Transformation team or from cross-functional initiatives.
• Define work packages, resource requirement and manage the project's budgets along the project life.
• Support and contribute in the coordination between Purchasing and the corporate ERP project (UNITE).
• Driving that process structure, resources, and systems are aligned and performed as expected.
• Analyze and suggest improvements for the processes, tools, systems, methodologies, master data and ways of working.
• Deploy changes or improvements through formal change management methods
• Map and set requirements for sub-processes, master data, tools, systems, methodologies and ways of working
• Monitor and measure compliance, efficiency, effectiveness, and usability of the process, tools, systems, master data, systems and follow-up on deviations
• Participate in and drive development and improvement projects/activities within the Purchasing Strategy & Business Transformation team.
• Create documentation of the processes, tools, systems, master data and methodologies
• Drive communication with process interfaces and users.
• Run and develop trainings to secure understanding and compliance of processes, tools, master data, systems, methodologies and common ways of working.
• Contribute on a global level to the resolution of sub-processes and related tools/systems concerns and issues
• Run their operations according to the SKF Code of Conduct, Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and Quality Policies, and work according to the SKF Quality Management System. If the operation is EHS certified, work according to the SKF EHS Management System.
Job requirements
• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent education or business experience
• Knowledge about change management
• Experience in process development within Requisition-to-Pay.
• Experience in current SKF Purchasing processes and systems is an advantage
• Experience in developing and executing trainings on processes, systems and best practices
• High level of personal drive and commitment
• Good communication and facilitation skills
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people from different cultures, disciplines and personalities
• Excellent skills (oral and written) in English is required
• Additional language skills is an advantage.
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively
• Experience from SAP, or strong knowledge of legacy systems is an advantage.
• Willingness to a limited amount of international travels
