hela Sverige Sector Alarm is currently present in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Ireland and Spain and has the ambitions for further growth in Europe. In order to support the growth in both existing and new markets, we need to strengthen our Group Marketing department with a Marketing Digital Specialist to be based in Oslo or Gothenburg.
We are looking for a person who has a strong understanding of digital marketing, brand buliding and lead generation. The successful candidate will be part of our start up team when entering new markets as digital marketing specialist until we have recruited the local marketing digital specialist. As Digital marketing specialist at Group, you will work alongside Sector Alarm's country marketing digital teams and support them when they have identifying a digital challenge or opportunity.
Responsibilities: Projectleader to identify and implement best practices when it comes to digital marketing Lead or be a part of the digital activities and projects decided in the Group Marketing Plan Develop, implement, optimize and follow-up the yearly Group Marketing Plan concerning digital assignments and projects Report discrepancy/deviations from group strategies and policies with current routine Manage the digital agencies and suppliers on Group level Assisting Group Marketing Director, Group Business Developing Manager and Group Sales Managers with related matters Manage and develop Sector Alarm Group homepage on a regularly basis Manage digital platforms (CMS, Google Analytics, Optimization tools, Chat) and policies and guidelines Support Business owner for My pages/app Provide the digital marketing organisation with relevant business and marketing insight
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience from working with digital marketing and managing digital agencies Minimum 5 years experience in handling digital brand and activation campaigns (SEM, SEO, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTubem Newslettersm partnerships etc.) Extensive experience in effective and efficient use and measurement of all media (paid, owned, and earned) Experience as either project leader or being part of digital projects Very good IT-skills in mainly MS Office, CMS, Google Analythics and Social Media tools Excellent Swedish or Norwegian and English skills (written and spoken)
We expect the right person to have strong integrity and enjoy working in a strong sales- and costumer oriented environment and have a strong understanding of sale and how it affects the organization.
