In context of digitalisation, this role has a unique opportunity to work with workshops for pro-activity, efficiency, and creating digital interfaces for a premium customer experience.
The role
As group manager you are responsible for ensuring that the value created by the digital products have relevance to the real needs of the markets and to improve the customer experience. Your team will consist of mainly product owners. You will work closely with the resources dedicated from Scania IT in an agile structure and way of working to create end to end value with the business responsible departments of KY.
Products are developed on a global platform and will support and simplify service activities in the Scania network of dealers and workshops, carried out in the repair and maintenance journey of the end customers.
You will spend a significant amount of time working with the vision, roadmaps, strategic alignment in cooperation with product owners, designers, and process management team, overseeing alignment of user needs of product by being a key player throughout each sprint and increments.
Your profile
You are confident, driven, responsible and pro-active person ready to take things in hands whenever support is needed. You have capability to drive initiatives within group and capable of bringing results. You have good understanding of agile mindset, OKRs and servant leadership. You have a sense of pragmatism, urgency and the ability to analyse and drive the area into the future. Your role also includes interacting with the management team and staff in our business units as well as our users to understand their needs.
Experiences / Skills
Your background and experience include leading technical teams of development, product owners and implementation. You have good understanding of design thinking, solution architecture, APIs and platform thinking. You have a sound stakeholder management mindset. Experience in the service process is a merit.
The position require that you are fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages are considered a merit. Travelling will be required.
