This is how you could make an impact
As a Group Manager, you will lead the team delivering testing and measurements for product development in the areas of Air-drag, Automation, Fuel economy, Energy efficiency and Powertrain functions as well as other features related to the Vehicle Productivity.
You will be accountable for technical deliveries, people and technology development, and working environment.
Who are you?
You have been working at least 10 years in electromobility or powertrain development, from product development or testing point of view
With your leadership experience you will drive changes and focus on a newly created group where we actively work to continuously improve the way-of-working and produce test data regarding vehicle productivity testing
You have an ability to establish and develop network and relations with relevant engineering departments and stakeholders. You use logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective, creative and ingenious solutions. Takes responsibility for carrying out the solution
You are able to makes decisions in a timely manner, sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure
You have good verbal and written communication skills
