Job content
As manager for Inhouse Logistics IT you will lead a diverse IT group that helps the operations within the value streams Line Feeding and Factory Feeding. As a servant leader of the group, you will:
• Be a role model to create an attractive workplace and an inclusive culture

• Developing high performing team and adopting agile principles
• Help the team to define their transformation roadmap towards a modern IT landscape
• Secure further recruitment to the area
• Represent IT in the Business collaboration for Line Feeding and Factory Feeding
Your profile
You are an inspiring leader that strive to create new leaders around you. We think that you have a great interest in Logistics and IT, have the courage to set targets and like to collaborate. In addition, you have the ability look beyond your group and contribute to the success of others.
Working with agile principles comes natural and so does understanding the business context we operate in. Your ability to shift between operational needs and a strategic mind-set will be required to succeed in supporting your teams and to define the roadmap for your area.
You have an IT education and/or equivalent experience which has given you the ability to talk in terms of IT matters and understand the reality of the users and business critical deliveries. It is an advantage if you have experience from working with Logistics systems or ERP system in the past. In addition to Swedish, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
