IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.
The section Finance IT is a part of the Digital Core department at IT. Finance IT consists of three groups and our mission is to provide sustainable IT solutions and IT expertise within the financing area.
We are looking for a driven leader with experience of agile transformations and proven track record of change management, preferably from an IT delivery organisation within Finance.
The primary areas where you and your team operate are within the Accounts Payable & Receivable, with close collaboration with Purchasing, Logistics & Commercial Operations.
Your Responsibilities
As a Group Manager, you will be an active member of the Finance IT management team and will lead, support, and develop one of our three groups - the Purchase 2 Pay IT group.
In close alignment with the business, you will lead a high-performing team through a change journey where you will meet both high-paced rollout initiatives, as well as automating & realizing a data-driven finance.
Your delivery is operated by your own employees as well as managed services, where you ensure your teams' ability through coaching, mentoring, and feedback. You bring enthusiasm and have the skill to see people and the potential in their differences.
Your Profile
You are an agile and servant leader, that inspires the team to deliver value, define and reach short and long-term targets. You know how to communicate feedback and expectations in order to enable growth within people and enable stakeholders.
You have a passion for how modern technologies can be used to create value and enable new business models. Furthermore, you have the courage to constantly improve existing ways of working and know how to validate these ideas.

We offer a flexible work environment with possibility to work at least part-time from home, you will also have the opportunity to work from Scanias's newly opened hub in central Stockholm.
