As the Group Manager for System Test you will lead a team responsible for test methods and equipment specifications, programming, design, verification, commissioning, documentation and continuous optimization.
The team consist of highly skilled engineers in the fields of elecronics- and optics- test development, working to ensure the zero fault quality standards of active safety. The team works close together with R&D to insure that the industrialization of products and systems meets customer requirements, functional and legal demands and Veoneer's policies and standards.
It will be your responsibility to secure department development and strive for continuous improvements within the areas standardization and long term strategies. You also secure competence development strategy and coach team members in the daily activities. You are a part of a global work between Veoneer's plants to use competence and best practices.
You'll be a member of the Industrial Engineering Management group and you'll report to Industrial Engineering Manager.

Bachler degree in electronics, data or programming. Experience from a manager role in a manufacturing industry.
To be successful in this position you need to be good with people. You need to be an inspiring and positive leader interested in moving human forward as well as technology. You got documented leader skills and experience from software and test development from manufacturing industry. You have the ability to describe technical solutions and processes for different target groups such as suppliers and customers.
As a person you're able to identify and assign roles and responsibilities to your employees, with clear goals, expectations and actions. You have also the ability to quickly understand technical problems and risks.
Good leadership requires good communication skills. Swedish language is of great advantage. English in written and spoken is the requirement.
