The Parts Logistics IT team is now looking for a group manager SAP delivery to join this exciting journey! You will be in the centre of our journey to bring business critical functionality to a new cloud based solution, S4HANA; driving the transformation to a modern digital ecosystem, working closely with Parts Logistics business. The Scania IT team is closely integrated with the Global Scania IT organisation. The challenge
We are looking for a servant leader to manage the SAP IT team at Scania Parts Logistics. As a group manager, you are responsible to ensure the personal and professional growth of each individual team member. In this role, you are also responsible for the steering and support of our VW ITS team.
You confer with IT and Business teams to steer and drive improvements in an agile way of working within the SALSA scope (SAP for Parts Logistics) via the global and local teams towards the fitness for purpose and fitness for use as in the group's IT roadmap and strategy. One of the key activities during the next years will be the S4HANA journey to bring the system to a future-proof platform, enabling new possibilities for the business and to assure that Scania has the right capabilities to support it. As a group manager, you will be an active member of the Parts Logistics IT team. You will ensure that the team is fully functional and productive.
In this role, you will manage and monitor all necessary activities within the SAP area and together with your team propagate new and innovative initiatives needed for enablement of the functions needed within all processes.

You possess excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills and an ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You have relevant experience of leading in the field of SAP, preferable in the domains of logistics and automotive. You believe and act with an agile mindset and you strive for continuous improvements with ease for adaptability. You most likely have an academic background in IT or similar working experience.
