Job Description

AFRY is now looking for a driven team leader or group manager who wants to be involved in expanding our business within Specialized Operational Excellence with a focus on CE-marking, EHS, work environment and machinery safety in the Gothenburg region.
Qualifications
As a leader, you like challenges and have a great responsibility for your employees' development and well-being. You are a business-oriented team player who has competence and experience in the business area with a strong will to continue to develop customer relationships and the organization further. You will have the opportunity to develop the business and recruit new employees as AFRY is a company in strong growth. You have experience in sales and it is desirable that you have a network of contacts in the industry.
To succeed with the position, you recognize yourself in the following and are confident in your work role and radiate personal maturity.
• You have experience of leadership, personnel responsibilities are meritorious.
• You have experience in sales and are used to interacting with customers.
• Previous budget and profit responsibility are meritorious.
• You have a university degree or equivalent.
• You have experience of occupational health & safety or machine safety.

You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing. We are happy to see that you have a B driving license.
Start: Immediately with regard to notice period.
