hela Sverige The group has the responsibility of the complete product life cycle for parts of the heavy duty engines portfolio i.e. from start cost project to maintenance.
The challenge in this new role is to secure higher customer and product focus to further strengthen our position in the market place. This means that you will have to have the opportunity to be the one that will meet our GTT and Brand top management regarding matters around the PE product deliveries and challenges.
You will have the responsibility to balance and secure Product QDCCF delivery for products in production and future evolution and for the complete product line budget. You will have to lead, balance and steer resource allocation and work load in the team and as well work closely with the other Group manager/Product Line Owner to secure resource balancing between the groups.
The group is to a large extent an integrated part of the other groups within the Product Management section as well as with the other sections within PE Sweden through the product owners, PME 's and PMQJ:s.
You will also have the responsibility to secure common ways of working within the team and with other groups.
The daily tasks will also be to lead and develop the group in line with Volvo Value, Vision and mission and secure co-worker development.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
As Group manager Product Management you will play an important role to secure that we have a holistic view over the product line. To your support you will have a team of highly skilled product owners, project managers engineering and PMQJ:s.
You are also a member of the Product Management Team and in this role you are expected to contribute to the section 's success by a holistic approach. If necessary by setting aside your own agenda in favor of achieving our collective goals.

Essential Skills and Needed Experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a global changing and complex environment with highly skilled employees.

• Experience from project management activities
• Good technical experience from the powertrain area.
• Ms. Sc. and a minimum of 5 years' experience in management position
