We are now looking for a Group Manager, Power & Signal Distribution (PASD) & Electro mechanics! 

Description

The E/E (Electrical & Electronics) Department, that you will be part of, is incorporated in a bigger unit inside the Technical Development Organization. You will lead a team of Engineers, with your primary responsibility for Wiring Harnesses, Connectors, Distribution Centrals/Fuses/relays, Switches, 12V batteries.

A Group Manager primarily collaborates internally with other engineers and technical specialists and externally with suppliers and is involved in all phases of a car project.

We also participate in international projects and your position will complement existing skills and resources, and will be reporting to the E/E Director.

The role as Group Manager involves:

• Lead, coordinate and inspire the electronics team in their daily work
• Develop processes and routines for the working environment at the department
• Define, maintain and continuously improve engineering and product development processes, guidelines and methodologies in the area of E/E
• Leading predevelopment activities that concern E/E
• Supporting ongoing vehicle projects during the development phase.
• Responsible for verification and validation activities.
• Responsible for resource planning and prioritization.
• Budget responsibilities
• Support mentoring and training activities.
• Anchoring the assignment's decisions , development and status with the responsible management

We are looking for someone who has:

• University Education in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Relevant experience in the automotive industry, at least 10 years
• Management experience
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written
• Driver license B

National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
