Could you be the full-time Group Manager Platform Delivery in Stockholm we're looking for?

Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your knowledge and innovative expertise in a new cutting-edge field, and work alongside passionate, motivated, and dedicated teammates.
You'll responsible for managing a team of Program Development Managers and Configurations Managers, who are responsible for developing and delivering Platform Programs for rail control systems. ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to achieve their goals. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, and much more.
We'll look to you for:
Lead and manage a team of program development managers and configuration managers to achieve project goals
Drive converged ways of working for Program Development and Configuration Management
Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex platform delivery problems
Ensure the quality and accuracy of platform deliverables
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes diversity and inclusion
Manage program schedules, and in support to Program Managers manage program budgets
Drive continuous improvements
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders


All about you

Degree in Electronics, Computer Science or a related field of Engineering
Strong experience in technical project management skills and/or configuration management
Great leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of working on large-scale platform delivery projects
Familiarity of project management in safety-critical systems development, according to safety standards such as CENELEC (EN50126, EN50128, EN50129) or equivalent.
Confidence with mentoring and developing team
English at a fluent level is mandatory for this role, Swedish will be considered a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
