IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania's success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements.
Connectivity Services (IXC) within Shared IT Services & Governance manages the companies central and shared services for Integration Services, Identity & Access Management Services, UI/UX and Mobility.
We're looking for a driven group manager with the ability to think marketing and with experience in agile software development.
Your tasks
The group IXCC consists of two areas - Solution development and Professional Services.
Within Solution development we build integrations for other development organisation. For Professional services the focus is on marketing, awareness and training for the products for the entire IXC organisation (UI, UX, Mobility, Integration, Identity & Access services).
The solution development is well establish with managed service with LTI for the development and on-site analysts for design. The challenge in the area is to support and guide the transition from old to new integration eco-system.
For Professional services You will define and build a team with professionals that support IXC with reassuring that product documentation is up to date, marketing and training material is available and that on-boarding events/workshops and training are performed. All with the objective to support our customers in how most effective use of our services. Your deliveries are key for the positive experience!
Your profile
We believe that you have a university degree in computer science or the equivalent work-life experience. As a person you have energy and a driven personality that strives to move forward and a passion to make our joint delivery successful. You have a touch for marketing and see the importance in having a consistent, professional and up to date documentation for all aspects.
You will be a part of an organisation the constantly strive to improve our agile way of working and we expect you to equally develop and challenge us in that journey.
