What is the job?
We are looking for a group manager for a new team that is responsible for cyber security solutions in the EE architecture as well as leading architectural investigations for infrastructure capabilities in our computational, signal and energy distribution system for trucks. Together with the team you shall work with the complete life cycle, so everything from research and advanced engineering to following the quality status and customer happiness.
You shall, off course, lead and continuously develop the people in the group to deliver according to our customer's expectations. Part of the job is also to lead and continuously develop the processes, methods and tools that are needed for the area.

You are holding a University/Master degree in computer science or equivalent.
You have a proven experience within IT SW development or embedded SW development
You are well experienced in agile ways of working
You have managerial experience from line or project management
