Position Description:
As a Group Manager, your main task is to lead the group and deliver Driving performance feature, Aerodynamic & Climate testing measurements for current and future products.
You are expected to drive change, with the focus to create a group where we actively work to continuously improve, build knowledge and understand customer needs and usage regarding areas mentioned above.

In this position, you will be part of the Durability, Driver & Vehicle Productivity section management team and report to the Section Manager - Durability, Driver & Vehicle Productivity.
Who are we?
Complete Vehicle contributes to deliver Products & Services to all Volvo Group brand customers. We are close to end customers, understanding their needs and behaviors. Our engaged teams have a holistic view of the entire truck and bring hands-on truck experience.
Driving Performance responsibilities are feature leadership, testing and measurements of Fuel economy, energy, range, average speed, drivability and CO2. This also includes test method development (Physical and virtual).
Aerodynamic and Climate responsibilities are testing and measurements of Air drag, rolling resistance, Cold and HOT climate system performance for living and resting.
The team's deliverables are technical reports from physical and virtual testing activities and definition of measurable customer requirements as well as Feature status in projects based on these requirements. The Driving performance, Aero &Climate team consists of feature leaders, feature analysts and test engineers.

Who are you?
You have experience from product development and you are known for your integrity and trust, customer focus and good communication skills. You are also recognized for your interpersonal savvy. Preferably, you have experience from testing, calculations or feature work and leadership or management. Academic degree within engineering and leadership experience is preferred.
