We are now looking for our new Group Manager Data Governance and Compliance.
WHAT CHALLENGE DO WE OFFER?
The position has responsibility to drive Data Governance and Compliance for Volvo Group Trucks Technology. One of the most important tasks is to continue to develop a high performing team and secure best available competences in the scope of the group on short as well as long term.
The teams are handling requests from the R&D line organization, coach and training the development teams and drive development and implementation of the frameworks.

• A can-do mind-set
• A positive thinker and an open-minded non-verbal communicator and interpreter
• Experience from working in agile methods such as SCRUM, KANBAN, SAFe framework
• Managerial/ Leadership experience or development of emerging leader/team leader/project management
• M.Sc. in Engineering or Business economics (Mechanical Eng., Mechatronics Eng., Electrical Eng., Computer Science, IT, Business) or equivalent experience and knowledge
• Experience in driving data governance and data compliance topics in a product development organization
• Broad knowledge in the way to develop products in the automotive industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

You will report to the Global Technology Manager for Data Governance and Analytics in Volvo Group Trucks Technology and be a member of the Data Governance and Analytics management team.
