The section Enterprise Networks & E2E services is a part of the infrastructure services department at IT. Your Role
We are on a transformation journey where we are transforming the network platforms (Firewalls, DDOS, Load Balancer, etc.) to improve the security and services offered to Scania. As a Group Manager, you will lead and support one of our three Network groups - Network Services Factory & Security. The group is responsible for providing network services for the entire Scania together with the two other groups. They are also responsible to develop and implement services for Scania Factory (ILAN) and securing business requirements from this area. Lead responsibility for the Network security and securing that this platform develops and stays relevant to support Scania's digitalization transformation.
You will ensure your teams' ability through coaching, mentoring, and feedback, and bring enthusiasm and the skill to see people and their differences and possibilities. You will also help the team to develop innovative and cost-efficient solutions and services that maximize business value. It is natural for you to create a business plan together with your organization and work on that with a clear focus. Furthermore, you have the courage to challenge existing ways of working and understand how to validate these ideas.
Your profile
You are a natural experienced servant leader with a passion and understanding for new ways of working and new technologies.
