Job Description
You will be a part of our industrial and digital solutions team in Malmö and report to section manager. Your role includes search, hire, build and manage R&D teams that will take part in product development for our clients. You will drive growth, build culture and handle personal development and compensation plans for the department. Together with sales and management at the business unit you will identify and propose the delivery teams internally and externally. You will also take part in client interactions and continued business relations although your primary role is not sales. We believe you are a team player with a service minded approach and international way of thinking.
Qualifications
Experience within R&D
Experience in embedded software development
An existent professional network in the field
Experience in consulting
Leadership experience.
Since you will work in an international environment with clients from many countries, we expect you to be able to communicate in English on a high level.
