If you share our passion for embracing new technology and are dedicated to continual improvement, transparency, and feedback, this opportunity will be ideal for you.

To inspire and guide our team we believe you have:
Leadership experience and are comfortable supporting and developing people in continuous change.
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Experience of product development and are familiar with the full product lifecycle of designing, developing, testing, deploying, operating, and maintaining software solutions with hardware dependencies.

In addition, we would be happy if you bring with you:
Automotive experience, as it might be beneficial for you.
Insights into vehicle control, vehicle motion modelling, software development and technical requirement handling.
Experience from continuous integration and deployment for releasing robust, stable software products.

Most importantly is that you truly want to lead people, and you enjoy finding fun and effective ways to engage and motivate both individuals and teams.
