Then this is for you! With many initiatives from business in the pipeline, we need to grow our awesome group by one more servant leader. We are therefore looking for a motivated Group Manager / Servant leader for Collaboration Layer, this is what you love doing.
Our responsibility in the Scania Collaboration Layer is towards R&D Users in the TRATON group community. We are on an exciting journey, creating the processes and tools for collaboration between the brands in the TRATON group with up-to-date tools and techniques.
Your tasks
• Acting as a servant leader who is motivating, involving and developing diverse teams. You will be recruiting diverse people, building teams with them and at the same time promoting and coaching Scania Way and its culture.
• Creating prerequisites for improvement/development within the specific area of DevOps, AWS/Java development. Leading the team of developers who are today working with/on Remedy platform.
• Creating a common strategy with your colleagues in both IT and business and inspiring your teams to execute in the right direction.
• Leading cross-functional assignments and collaborating with other value streams with an agile mindset and enabling your teams to deliver value to our end users fast. Also, keeping Product/Solution focus over Project focus.
• Cooperating with your tandem at the different brands and being a part of the multi-brand international management team.
