About the job
Join us in driving the transformation to a modern digital ecosystem, working closely with Order to Delivery and developing high-performing teams. Within the Sales and Services IT (IA) department, the Commercial Order to Delivery IT team supports Scania's commercial order flow with software development. The team collaborates closely with business representatives from Sales & Marketing. Our team consists of 9 talented employees from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and we are mature in our development processes.
Responsibilities
Support and develop the team in line with our strategy, driving the transformation to a modern digital ecosystem.
Work closely with Order to Delivery to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
Communicate expectations clearly and provide constructive feedback to drive team and individual development.
Help the team deliver value by defining and reaching short and long-term targets based on business and IT strategies.
Develop team members and provide them with the necessary prerequisites to grow and succeed.
Organize collaboration with business stakeholders around the total IT Portfolio for commercial order to delivery.
Participate actively in the Sales IT management team.
Engage in technical discussions to support the team in building high-quality products.
Desired Qualifications
Agile and servant leadership skills, with the ability to enable the team to succeed with their deliveries.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to set clear expectations and provide valuable feedback.
Experience in software development processes and the ability to participate in technical discussions.
IT education at the university level or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
