We are looking for a Group Manager to lead our Calibration & Durability Testing team. This team operates all our functional and durability test cells as well as our NVH test cell in our R&D powertrain laboratory. In total the group is responsible for 24 test cells.
You will be part of the section Lab & Workshop. Our responsibility stretches from prototype build to test data delivery. We consist of 4 groups: Calibration & Durability testing, Dynamic Emission & Climate Testing, Engine Workshop and Prototype Center.
What you'll do
In this role you will lead the team into Aurobay's exiting future. Yor are part of the Lab & Workshop management team leading also the whole lab into the future.
As a Group Manager you will:
• Develop the team/employees through coaching/feedback
• Perform recruitments and competence planning for future needs
• Work with investments of new test equipment
• Participate in rig planning
• Develop processes and tools
• Operate through networks together with other teams internally and externally
• Be responsible for the test cells and the work environment
Qualifications and personality
We believe you have a university degree within engineering and/or solid experience from the automotive industry or similar. Experience from laboratories and test objects are beneficial. You are a leader with passion for people and for the technology we develop. We see that you are structured and like to continuously improve current working processes. As a person, you are goal and result oriented, with a high level of engagement and a strong enthusiasm.
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Therefore, it is crucial to be good at cross-functional work and networking. You possess great communication skills, you are fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
You like communication, and are a curious person with high integrity, loyalty, systematical and agile thinking. You are self - driven and structured individual who enjoys collaborating with colleagues. You have positive attitude and want to be a part of the journey to build Aurobay, we hope that you'll join our journey.
