Our Engineering department is creating a strong foundation of skills and we are therefore looking for a
Group Leader HW - Thermal Management.
As a Supervisor, you will lead, coordinate and inspire the team in the daily work. Take decision in the everyday operational business and have responsibilities that include:
- Handles work assignments, time keeping and problem solving.
- Lead and inspires the HW- Thermal Management team and activities in a daily efficient way.
- Responsible for quality, motivation and training
- Responsible to set and meet targets for HW- Thermal Management area. Strategic actions to be agreed and decided by responsible manager.
- Investigate new Technologies within HW-Thermal Management area.
- Employee development.
- Health & Safety, work environment development.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant engineering experience, minimum 10 years within automotive, preferable in Saab/NEVS engineering- development processes.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English both spoken and written, preferable Swedish.
- Driver license B.
To be successful in this role, you need to:

- Have good communication skills.
- Be able to plan and prioritize.
