We are looking for an experienced and service minded scientist
Placement and responsibility
• Position is within TATAA's Commercial Services Operations (CSO) reporting directly to the CSO Director
• Plan customer projects incl. cost, execution and reporting.
• Lead a group executing customer projects
• Support sales and marketing team in company's services offerings
• Instruct in TATAA courses
Work tasks
• Support sales team preparing customer offers
• Plan and execute customer projects
• Setup and optimize workflows
• Analyze and interpret data, summarize and report results
• Guide your group members in performing services
• Develop methods in compliance to Quality system ISO 17025
• Set up validated methods based on client instructions/requirements
• Report projects to client
• Prepare and present add on projects to existing clients
• Develop TATAA courses related to molecular analyses
• Instruct in TATAA courses
Who are you?
• You have biotech, biology, technology or medical degree from University
• You have a PhD or equivalent experience
• You are knowledgeable in nucleic acid analyses
• You have good knowledge and experience working with molecular analyses
• You have good analytical competence
• You are quality oriented
• You have extensive experience of laboratory work and enjoy working in laboratory
• You have good writing and oral communication skills in English
• You are result oriented and used to work independently
• You have interest leading projects and supporting group members
• You are a team player and can see how your responsibility fits into the company's overall business activities.
• You enjoy teaching
