Learn on the job and take your career in the direction you want
You will be part of the Site Production Team in Alingsås and be responsible for the output of your shift, and also the resources on one of the day shifts. In order to optimize and maximize outputs you will be responsible for implementing and refining manufacturing processes in coordination and cooperation with functional and operational area managers throughout the organization. Safety is always our priority and we secure a safe environment in our production together through continuous coaching and development. In more detail, your daily tasks will include the following:
* Coordinate with various stakeholders and colleagues throughout the organization to successfully reach production targets and KPIs
* Secure a safe working environment for your team
* Implement improvement initiatives relating to production - from a business, process, and system perspective
* Conduct daily follow-ups of the team results
* Conduct efficient hand-over meetings to the next shifts and group lead
Success in building teams and processes from scratch
Through previous experience in building teams and processes, you are confident in solving complex challenges and drive problem-solving in a team. You are successful in your leadership through a collaborative mindset and your experience from leading cross-functional projects in a manufacturing environment. Moreover, you have a good understanding of how to drive change from a people, knowledge and, process perspective, and do not shy away from a challenge! * University degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering - or equivalent
* Min. 5 years of Production management experience in a manufacturing environment
* Competence in SAP ERP System and Microsoft Office
* Experience in Lead Production - establishing and implementing Lean in Production
* Fluency in Swedish and English
