We are now looking for an IT Director, a new role in Trioworld Group with the purpose to improve process efficiency within the Group. Trioworld has a diverse, divisionalized IT landscape and hence coordination and networking with the various IT functions is necessary. The oversight and governance of the Group ERP project shall be included in the area of responsibility.
Kompetensprofil
The key accountabilities for the role are:
• Establish a process structure for each division to bring clarity to group process diversity.
• Promote joined-up thinking for developing a Group IT Strategy. Communicate and evangelize the Strategy for the wider organization.
• Make improvement proposals for improving process efficiency and optimizing processes across the group
• Set group policy standards for IT and agree roll-out with local IT Managers
• Identify IT risks and propose activities to mitigate risks
• Steer the development of Group ERP setting appropriate governance, goals and milestones to deliver improvements
• Monitor and control the group IT spend to ensure value for money spend
• Consolidate spend on Info-technology (communications, applications and hardware) to optimize costs
• Act as Data Controller (point of contact) for GDPR and drive appropriate responses in a timely manner
• Review talent and skills and ensure personal development plans are appropriate for IT professionals
