hela Sverige As Group HR Business Partner your primary focus is on people related strategic business challenges and to provide support to business leaders. You deliver meaningful employee insights to business leaders as well as advocate and safeguard the organisational values, culture, and HR service delivery model within the business. Furthermore, you support and guide in applying HR policies and programs to business goals, talent and/or organisational issues.
You belong to Group HR with a team of eight colleagues and report to CHRO. The approximately 50 managers that you support belong to Group Management and Group IT located in eight Business Areas throughout Europe. You will be part of the IT management team and the Group HR Council (Group HR and HR Managers from all Business Areas).
Key responsibilities
Participate on the IT management team and provide the people perspective in the development of the strategic business plan.
Take responsibility for and actively drive HR processes together with the business and support business.
Act as a trusted advisor through proactively working in partnership with leaders to develop and implement people- and workforce-related strategies, initiatives and solutions.
Partner with Group HR/Local HR colleagues to implement HR solutions and collaborate in HR processes.
Coach and support leaders/managers.
Manage employee relations and engage with industrial relations e.g. WC and unions.
Inform and advice regarding HR related guidelines and policies, labour law, collective agreement, and compensation and benefits.
Monitor/follow-up on KPIs to maintain compliance, high quality and productivity in delivered HR services.
Background and skills
University degree in Science of Human Resource Management or an equivalent degree.
Experience from working in HR, of which at least 2 years from broad HR work where you have gained a good insight in both operational and strategic work in an international organization.
Experience of leadership development and good knowledge in labor law.
Good analytical skills.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
