Group Heat-Transfer Methods Engineer
The Group Heat-Transfer Methods Engineer reports to the Group Simulation Manager who is located in Mjällby.
Responsibilities:
• To lead the group-wide continuous improvement of heat-transfer simulation tools and methods, including testing and correlation, following the Technology Development Plan directions.
• To be specialist in heat transfer test, test analysis and predictions methods for components and cooling systems.
• To liaise with CFD-engineers, internal or external, or perform own CFD studies pertaining to his/her assignment.
• To make available up-to-date tools, guidelines, methods and procedures
• To propose technical solutions for customer application and advanced engineering
• To participate in or lead technical discussions between TitanX and our suppliers, customers and strategic partners.
Education/Experience: 5 years engineering education at university or engineering school, preferably with a heat-transfer and/or fluid dynamics specialization.
Personal qualities: As a person you enjoy the challenge to develop advanced products. You are thorough, driven and analytical.
The position can be in located in Linköping or Mjällby.
