The Ericsson Group Analytic (EGA) Finance solution team is responsible to drive and support changes and analysis in our global finance systems such as ONE, EBW and BPC. The strategy is to be a trusted and competent partner towards our stakeholders with an end-to-end understanding around financial systems and information.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Drive/support changes of strategic nature for our stakeholders where an end-to-end understanding of financial figures in our global finance systems are needed
Short and long term planning of demands on the IT environment. Initiate and approve IT demands in the IT environment.
Support our stakeholders to improve and standardize reporting to end consumers.
Provide process & systems "deep-dive" analysis and support.
Provide expert advice and support in the own area of competence
Provide expert advice and support in business analysis
Set targets & strategies
Formulate directives, instructions & standards
Analyze & prepare decision material & if applicable take decision
Negotiate with external / internal parties
Position Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of global finance systems such as ONE, BW, BPC and Ericsson finance processes
Good knowledge of finance and accounting (i.e. solid understanding of P&L, BS and Cash Flow statements)
Experience and/or extensive knowledge of ways of working in Finance.
Accounting & Reporting Skills.
Ability to quickly understand new complex areas and actively work for an optimal end-to-end solution.
Ability to work in an environment that can quickly change, high degree of flexibility is required.
Ability of both seeing the big picture as well as understanding the details.
