Finance & Business Control (F&BC) support the shift by enabling better business through relevant and qualitative reporting and follow-up of the operations.
Join us as a Group financial project controller in the SCANIA Group reporting project that together with TRATON will implement one common integrated group reporting application for all TRATON brands.
As a project member you will work closely with the Group Accounting department within Corporate Control, which is responsible for group accounting, consolidation and follow-up of the Scania group.
Deliveries from the department include reports and analysis of financial performance of the Scania group to Scania's CFO and executive board as well as reporting to the parent company Traton AG and financial reports to the market. This mission demands qualitative, timely and relevant financial information.
The position is located at Scania's head office in Södertälje, however, we embrace flexibility and offer you the possibility to work remotely a couple of days per week.
Job Summery
Take active part in the group reporting implementation project for the TRATON group
Be a part of an umbrella project (portfolio) where some working package is driven cross-functionally through all the projects in the portfolio. You will most probably participate in that cross-functional work within the portfolio.
Design of application
Eliminate deviations in processes and data deduplication
Implementation/Roll-out of new group application
Plan & perform testing
Agile interdisciplinary teams - worldwide & with different brands

Your profile
We are looking for a person with a degree in finance or business. You have 3-5 years' experience as financial controller/Business controller or similar roles. Should be interested in data driven finance and the digital transformation which is a big part of the future finance transformation. Experience from working with ERP systems. Good skills in MS Office applications, advanced skills in Excel, knowledge in Power BI highly desired. Solution-oriented and able to investigate and elaborate in reporting processes Knowledge about IFRS is desirable but not a requirement.
Since we are working over all brands you are a great team player with collaboration abilities and excellent communication skills

We believe that you are a person who likes structure and is accurate. To be able to solve complex tasks you need to be analytical as a person and have high problem solving skills. You are used to working towards goals and driving change projects which means that you have a high delivery capacity. You should have the ability to both work independently and as part of a team. A service-minded and solution-oriented attitude is something we place great value in, therefore you need to have both social and communicative skills in this position that exposes you to both internal and external contacts.
