This is an exciting demanding role within Finance for you who are driven by development, teamwork and appreciate variety in your daily work. As a Group Financial Manager, you will report to the CFO/VP Supply Chain, and be the center of both business- and financial control and corporate governance within the Kappahl Group.
We offer you As Group Financial Manager your main responsibility is to lead and develop the processes within Kappahl group Finance department. This means that you are responsible for both internal reporting such as to the Kappahl board, Kappahl group management and other internal stakeholders and external reporting such as to banks, authorities and Mellby Gård. Further you are responsible for Kappahl' s financing, liquidity and currency management, for consolidated accounts and group-wide tax issues. You are also the driving force in the group business planning and forecasting processes. This role is in an international environment with extensive contact with subsidiaries, banks, accountants and other advisors.
Your profile We are seeking you who have a bachelor's degree in Business economics or equivalent. You have multi-year experience in accounting (preferably consolidated accounts) and tax issues within an international environment and /or extended experience of senior level business control positions.
You work with a high degree of integrity, professionalism, result orientation and self-esteem and you are fluent in English. You embrace change and manage it by developing your team and yourself and through that, you drive constant improvements and innovation. You know that a team is always stronger than an individual.
