About the role
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Group Finance Team in Malmö. You will report to and support Head of Group Finance in the day-to-day work as well as have your own areas of responsibilities, such as:
• Preparing month end reporting for Atos Group. This includes communication with the subsidiaries, intercompany reconciliations, preparing group journals, reporting to Coloplast.
• Daily communication with subsidiaries as well as Group Finance and Treasury at Coloplast
• Work with bank-related tasks such as administration, approvals, payments, cash pools, local bank setup
• Reporting and follow-up on AR/DSO across the Atos Group
• Be involved in different projects within the organisation and support with ad hoc analysis
• Transfer pricing related tasks; intercompany pricing, preparation of local files etc.
• Administrative tasks related to our consolidation system Cognos Controller
• Legal work e.g., agreements and authorization rules
Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Business or Finance
• 0-2 years of experience from accounting and/or taxes OR some kind of relevant engagement along-side your studies
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Great Excel skills are always welcome
• Experience from SAP, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and/or Cognos would be a great advantage but is not a must
