We're looking for a Group Financial Accounting Specialist to join the Accounting team, a key part of the finance department. The accounting team is responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making within the organization. As the Group Financial Accounting Specialist, you will have a key role in the continued expansion and development of the financial processes within the group.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Group Financial Accounting Specialist you have a key role in the Accounting and finance team team and your responsibilities will be:
Oversee and improve financial control processes and systems
Ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS)
Being a key player in developing and producing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
Provide technical accounting guidance to the finance team and other departments
Be responsible in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures and preparing memos.
Coordinate and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes as well as consolidation and cash flow reports
Evaluating and managing risk as well as overseeing processes for tax matters.

Mandatory requirements
Minimum bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience from a similar role
Strong knowledge of IFRS and other international accounting standards
Experience in group consolidation.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with the Netsuite is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Swedish is a plus)
