Group function Financial Support and Analysis at Skanska's Headquarters in Stockholm is looking for a person with passion for business and finance. Currently the team consists of five people situated in Stockholm, Malmö and New York. The group Finance Partners act as business partners to Skanska's Group Leadership Team (GLT), supporting and advising strategic and operational decision-making.

Job description

By providing active support to GLT and the Business Units, our team evaluate and analyze performance of Group and Business streams,

as well as sharing knowledge and best practice across Skanska. As Group Finance Partner you will analyze group results and work with constant improvements.

* Assessing, monitoring and analyzing financial performance, working closely with GLT and follow up on strategic initiatives
* Coordinating quarterly reviews, producing reports and ad-hoc analysis on request from GLT and the Board
* Manage and coordinate the yearly target setting process
* Spreading knowledge and best practices across Skanska in the finance area

Your Profile

We believe that the ideal candidate for this position has a strong background from financial analysis, business advisory and management support. Relevant experience could be business control, management consulting, audit or similar. Experience form a large organization and/or from working in an international organization is meriting. University degree in Business administration/finance and good communication- and presentation -skills in English is required.

You have a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills and good business understanding. You execute your commitments effectively and by doing so you build good relationships with stakeholders. Your strong business acumen, your high integrity and your social skills will make you successful in this role. Furthermore, we are looking for a candidate with a responsive approach and excellent collaboration skills.
